New Tile Deck in Troutman, NC

A Lake Norman homeowner contacted JAG about getting help with their failing tile deck.  It was obvious it needed some work as it was suffering from multiple leaks and significant rot.  JAG Construction was on the job!

The original tile installation was not installed correct and caused leaks, sub framing rot and loose tiles all over the place.  It also corroded the concrete sub structure under the tile.  JAG removed  all the old tile,  re-surfaced the sub structure to prep for new tile, waterproofed the surface, installed the flashing correct and installed all new tile ….and its dry as a bone!
