Mooresville 2-Story 3 Season Room and Deck

A Mooresville couple called JAG asking to fix a leak on the back deck that was rotting out their French door, ceiling below and starting to get into their basement. We fixed the leak by correcting a bad flashing and waterproofing job against the client’s deck and porch that was causing thousands of dollars in damage.

After waterproofing the back of their home, JAG added a tile floor, horizontal cable rails and a spiral stair off the open patio/deck. We continued the horizontal cable look inside the porch, added EZE Breeze Window and door, tile floor for the porch, and switched out the ceiling fan too. The job was finished off by removing three windows and adding a large custom sliding door from the kitchen to the porch, making the 3 season room more open and improving the view of the Lake… All just in time for their Memorial Day party!
