Emergency Deck Repair & Remodel

This is the upper deck in Lake Norman that was about to fall off the house! Major work was done to restore and remodel, including porch ceiling and flashing repairs, new cedar posts, new gutters, and finishing touches like a rain chain and sculptural stone rain “barrel.”

We also stone-veneered an existing L-shaped stucco retaining wall, as well as a smaller wall along the driveway, to compliment the posts’ column bases and home’s stone accents.
