The homeowners were looking to modernize and upgrade their aging front porch and exterior, which included dated wood railings, pressure-treated decking, and worn lattice panels. Their goal? Boost curb appeal while improving long-term durability with low-maintenance finishes.

The JAG Transformation

We delivered a complete refresh with a range of upgrades, including:

• Replaced the aging wood decking and stairs with a sleek new stone floor and custom stone stair set, offering a sophisticated foundation that’s as durable as it is beautiful.
• Installed modern aluminum railings and slat wall screening, replacing the traditional lattice with a more contemporary, private, and polished look.
• Added a standing seam metal roof to the front elevation to the right of the porch (above the garage)—a stylish and resilient upgrade that boosts both form and function.
• Upgraded gutters and downspouts with properly sized leaf guard protection to prevent clogging and reduce maintenance.
• Repainted the full exterior to unify and revitalize the home’s appearance with a fresh, clean finish.
